Clearly for You

The 'Clearly for You' stamp set is so delicious and, with twelve stamps, the combinations go on and on. Here I have only used two of them - the small background and butterfly underneath the 'Beveled Windowpane' and again the butterfly on the embossed panel.  The embossing folder I used is 'Framed Tulips.
The greeting is from the 'Perfect Punches' set of six.
Ribbon and Linen Thread finish off the card.
All products are by Stampin'Up!

Lovely as a Tree Squash Card

This Squash Fold card incorporated 'Ribbon Stamping' on twill tape, 'Sponging', 'VersaMark Watermark Stamping' and 'Watercolour Misting' techniques.
I used one of my favourite stamp sets 'Lovely as a Tree', Cajun Craze, Basic Black & Confetti Cream cardstock, Cajun Craze, Always Artichoke & VersaMark inks.
The measurements and instructions came from the very talented Dawn Olchefske.

Acetate & Tissue

The inspiration for this card was came from Michelle Zindorf, using the 'Acetate & Tissue' technique.   It really was good, but messy, fun to make and my class members really got stuck into this one with enthusiasm.
This technique lends itself well to the 'vintage' look that I like a lot.

Second Look at Shelli's Design

This is one of Shelli Gardner's card layouts.
Shelli used different DSP and stamp set, ones we don't have yet here in New Zealand.
My card uses the 'Faux Linen' technique.

I loved the way all the elements came together and realised I could use the layout with two of my favourite stamp sets 'Sense of Time' and 'Sanded' background.  Unfortunately these sets are retiring soon - but no way am I parting with them!

A truly inspired card layout stands the test of time!
